Frequently Asked Questions
At Dynamis, we believe exercise is a powerful tool to manage your personal health. Everyone has their own individual needs, so therefore they need individualised exercise plans.
Unsure where to start? Book in for an initial assessment and ask your questions there.
Exercise Physiologists are university qualified allied health practitioners. We specialise in the design and delivery of exercise for the management of long term medical conditions, disabilities and injuries. These conditions are not considered a barrier for exercise to an Exercise Physiologist - rather, they provide the reason to exercise!
Physiotherapists are fantastic - they specialise in the diagnosis and management of acute injuries. If you have a new injury presenting, a physiotherapist is your best option.
The cost will look different for each person depending on their needs. Some people will need more frequent visits, some will need less. The priority here is high quality physical outcomes, rather than providing the lowest cost exercise classes.
Exercise is a long term investment into health. The goal is to find the right plan for everyone.
Therefore, we offer a range of different types of appointments, from long consults, group classes to home visits. If you are ready to improve your physical function, book in today.

Worried about falling?
Statistics show that at least on third of Australians over the age of 65 will have a fall in the next 12 months. That is a scary statistic! Fortunately, it does not have to be your story. By improving strength and balance, falls risk can be heavily reduced.
Run in groups of 4 and overseen by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, join these twice weekly sessions to feel improvements in strength and balance!
